1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using AI Clothing Try On Fashion ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app requires no account and collects no login credentials, so these terms apply to your use of the app itself rather than to any account relationship.

2. What the app is

The app is an AI virtual try-on, outfit visualization, and digital wardrobe tool. It lets you preview how garments could look using an AI image service, edit outfit photos with AI, keep a private wardrobe of your own clothing photos, and build and save outfits.

The app is not a shop. It sells no clothing or physical goods, contains no retailer links, affiliate links, shopping redirects, or "Buy now" actions, and takes no commission on anything. Garment images exist only so you can visualize and organize clothing. The only purchase available in the app is the optional Premium subscription described in section 6.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, if higher) to use the app. The app is not directed to children.

4. AI-generated results

This is the most important thing to understand about the app.

• Try-on and outfit-editing results are automatically generated simulations, produced by an AI image service from the photos you provide.
• They are illustrative only. They are not a guarantee, promise, or representation of how a real garment will look, fit, drape, or be colored on you or anyone else—in particular, a virtual try-on is not a fit or sizing recommendation and must not be relied on as one.
• Results may be inaccurate, distorted, or unrealistic. Lighting, camera angle, image quality, posture, garment type, and many other factors affect the output.
• Styling suggestions are generated by rule-based logic from the information you entered about your own garments and the preferences you set. They are suggestions, not advice, and not a fit guarantee.
• The app does not analyze your body shape, weight, or appearance and does not produce any beauty, attractiveness, or body rating.

Do not make purchasing, medical, professional, or safety decisions on the basis of an AI-generated preview.

5. Your content and acceptable use

Your content. You keep all rights to the photos you provide. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process an image you explicitly submit for a generation—that is, to transmit it to our backend and its AI image provider to produce your result, and nothing else. We do not use your images to train AI models, and we claim no ownership of them. How long images are held is described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for what you upload. You confirm that you own or have the right to use every photo you provide, including the right to use any other person's likeness that appears in it.

You agree not to:

• upload photos of another person without that person's consent;
• upload images of children in any sexualized, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate context;
• Use the app to create sexual, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or unlawful imagery, or imagery intended to impersonate a real person;
• upload content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or circumvent the app's security, credit limits, entitlement checks, or advertising;
• automate, scrape, resell, or redistribute the app's AI generation capacity or the garment catalog;
• Use the app in a way that breaks any applicable law.

We may refuse, interrupt, or discontinue processing that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms.

6. Premium subscriptions

• Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold and processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment details.
• Prices shown in the app are the prices Google Play quotes for your account, in your own currency. A subscription renews automatically at the price shown, for the stated period, until you cancel.
• Cancellation is done at any time through Google Play's subscription settings—not through us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the premium remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policy and by any statutory right you have where you live. We cannot issue Google Play refunds ourselves.
• Premium is unlocked only after the purchase is verified against Google Play's own records by our server. If a purchase cannot be verified, Premium is not unlocked and the purchase is not acknowledged, which means Google Play refunds it automatically.
• If premium purchasing is switched off in the app—for example, while purchase verification is not available—the app says so, and no charge can be started. Nothing is owed and nothing is charged in that state.
• Premium benefits, free daily limits, and the contents of each plan may change; we will not reduce what you have already paid for during a period you have paid for.

7. Ads and free usage

The free tier is supported by advertising. Where available, rewarded ads are optional: you choose whether to watch one in exchange for an additional AI generation credit. Ad content is served by Google AdMob and is not selected, endorsed, or controlled by us.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its design, code, text, icons, and the example garment catalog are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may use images you generate for your own personal purposes. You may not present an AI-generated preview as a genuine photograph of a real garment on a real person or use one in a way that would mislead someone about a product or a person.

9. Service availability

The app depends on services we do not control—Google Play, Firebase, the AI image provider, and your own network. Features that need a connection, and AI generation in particular, may be unavailable, delayed, rate-limited, or discontinued. We provide no uptime guarantee and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

The app stores your wardrobe and history on your device. Keep your own backups using the app's Backup & Restore feature; we cannot recover data from a lost, reset, or damaged device.

10. Third-party services

Your use of Google Play, Firebase, Google AdMob, and the AI image provider is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those services.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to the accuracy, realism, or suitability of AI-generated output.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app—including any decision made in reliance on an AI-generated preview. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live, including statutory rights regarding digital content and subscriptions.

13. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. You can delete your data first from Settings → Delete My Data. We may suspend access to server-side features for use that breaches these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a change materially affects how your images are processed, the app will ask for your AI-processing consent again.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your own country of residence applies.
